Adding Sprites

I tried several tutorials and asked many ganiers but there seems to be a problem with my Graal Shop.
I save as a gif then turn it into a png using gif2mng.exe and I put the image in my graal images folder. I type in the correct image name and the height, length, width, and all the other measurements needed but when I go and look it never shows up.
Can some one please help me. |
