Shes putting this system into era hotel for current era though and eventually in all businesses for their current owners to deal with.
As long as it's not ridiclously hard or too easy to keep a business, it should be a lot more fair than the current system.

Oh wow, that's different. So you mean like for instance a restaurant would have bills divided into categories such as electricity, water, and rent? And if they couldn't afford one of the bills something would shut down? Sounds pretty cool.
But I'd rather the guard idea when it comes to the PK aspect though. Mainly because the businesses could still be used as an escape source. At least with the guards you'll have a chance to kill the runner before you're arrested.
That's just my opinion.
