parking spaces: why is there like a shortage of outside parking spots? the only place i can actually find a parking spot is in the parking building. moar plz

apartments next to auction house:
a lot of them were bought by older players that don't play anymore, isn't very fair to current players who want to buy an apartment.

I agree. apartments need to have rent, this way the apartment can be used by active players. the rent doesn't need to be big, just enough to make owners pay some sort of fee every week to keep it. houses should remain the same though.

and cars, why is it SO hard to drive in a straight line? oh, and the gas goes extremely fast.

it's not that hard at all.

library: purpose being.....?

i'd rather have buildings with no purpose than a blank field filled with trees

chinese themed buildings all around: refer to "library" section

from what I remember the library isn't really asian themed.

comic club: would be nice if it was actually used.

anyone can use it really. it's a public building. the players are the one that needs to put use to it.

lockers: lockers are always filled, not very fair to people who want to buy a locker.

you can't provide an unlimited amount of lockers. tough luck there ;o

houses: inactive players that own houses shouldn't be able to keep their houses. once again, if you're not going to use it, i'm sure that someone that presently plays would gladly use it.

this is different. you can buy a house but you rent an apartment. I think houses should run differently than apartments.

club redfox: purpose being....?

it's supposed to have apartments. the problem is that after I released them they bugged up and won't work because of era's lag problem. I couldn't fix them

snow resort: not even used, and un-usable.

I'm sure people use it every now and then. it's obviously not used now because it's winter.

regency dinner theatre: tickets are always sold out, and i'm sure that the tickets weren't even used.

the regency project was abandoned after rygar left the staff team.
it has really nice levels though and should be used.

playerowned buisnesses: whatever happened to them?

event stadium: ...purpose?

outside sparring? i don't know why anyone would want to due to lag on the gmap. i guess it's just for show. again, would rather have a useless building than a blank piece of grass and trees.

cars once again: why is it that whenever you bump into ANYTHING, flames shoot from nowheres?

mission building: the missions aren't even missions.. they're just like "go pick up this person and drive them somewhere". more like a taxi service. speaking of taxi service, why isn't there a player started one?

it's a job that players can do to make money. they call it missions because it's for some mafia guy. it's just the theme.

a player started taxi service hasn't been started because nobody needs taxis when they can walk for less than a minute to get there.
