If I wanted to do that, I'd just use the line tool :P But I like to SEE where I'm placing a line, and exactly how it will lay out.
Anyways, yes I'm naming things Photoshop probably can do. It's just that it doesn't do it to my preference(like I said, it wasn't made to do pixel-art).
