Sorry, but that system would never ever work with the existance of non-PK zones such as unstick me.
Though the new PPA system (if its ever made D
will put a timelimit on the bounty. You only get that time limit if you PPA to protect you though and the timelimit will only go down in PK zones. But uh, right now thats only an idea.
