It'd be too hard to keep track of a black list to tell people not to take part in the "next event". For right now, the pillory should work just fine if it wasn't so buggy and if there were more then 2 of them. Besides, most people who get pillored get so angsty they usually run off complaining and don't take part in the next few events anyway.

The only thing I'm working on right now is a possible jail idea that can be used with team control.
