It works plenty fine, it's just it won't make close to the amount of money they make now. I feel right now food businesses are lame and take little to no effort to run because you stock it up and just leave it for a week. I should know, I owned DD with both the old system of serving and the new system of stocking.
I enjoyed the old system much more.
