- Lifetime Classic (althought not lifetime anymore)
- Kingdoms Gold
- Zone Gold
- Playerworlds Gold
And if you want to get really technical, it's a lot cheaper then these were combined:
- Lifetime Classic + # months of Gold
- # months of Gold
- VIP
