It's really not that hard. If I didn't think I could handle the position temporarily I wouldn't do it. You need to realize that when Sales quit the team on Era, there was
no one who could be the development admin at the time. The only possible candidate, you, was disqualified because you
just returned to Era two days ago after leaving Era.
