If /lockspar 1 is used then you shouldn't have any problems with unwanted players joining your tourney. I'll plan this weeks events around this tourney and make sure no one hosts in your desired time.
I think you should take names in-game, as well as have players pre-register, then you'll have a more successful turnout. I'd reccomend advertising in-game when your tourney is and telling players if they want to join then be online at that time. Then before your tourney, take more names for it.
The problem with pre-registering is players who have pre-registered don't always show up. I'll try to be on and make sure people go to their matches though.
