Sir, I like this idea very much. It could possibly bring new players to Era.
I love the whole idea, the leader could even give access to the rack to give the guns out if he/she isn't online. I think you should make it so the person upon joining also has to pay some type of fee, this will kind of make a joint force and everyone will be happy.
I kinda to miss when gang guns were untaglocked and it was your responsibility to keep them rare and hand them to the right people, but I understand why they took them out because so many problems were happening.
