Umm, for my server my NATs are pretty good and will script anything I ask. Only thing is somtimes they need help. One thing that helped me is I am a new LAT on Bravo (I know im gonna get alot of **** for that) and I made friends with the NATs and there so good. They help me alot. Do not beg on forums for staff. The best way is to make friends on servers that have skills or do what im doing, learn as you go and improve more and more. That impresses people and then they wanna join with you.
