You should always ask other people about Gelat or Trader weapons before purchasing them. It's like a product at a store. If they give you good reviews, like it's easy to handle, quick to learn how to use properly, or it's just good overall, then you can consider buying it. There's plenty of free weapons supplied depending on what class you pick, so it may be in your best interest to just stick with those or event weapons you may win.
