Well, even if I suck, I still am an oldbie and I can say, ''the glory days'' were that much glorious. I only got called a noob once, and it was because I kept trying to kill with a combatknife, not because I was bad, I was invited in guilds, but I sucked too much to know how to get in them, and money actually had a point. Pipes and gases, those were awesome to buy in packs and kill the bunker lamers, I remember, people managed to get inside the black part of B1 bunker and lamed with Chaingun and Mortar, and we waited for the other team to get B1, and when people warped or got inside, they were pwned, and it was so much fun...
We can't, we simply can't imagine how good those days were.
We can't, we simply can't bring back zone the way it was, as awesome it was, but can make it better than it is.
As suggestions, I agree, being a trial sucks hard when you have to cycle hours in your menu to access weapons, it's so glitchy too, every time I try to move with arrows, it's stuck for an unknown reason and I get killed, and it happens every time someone talks to the team, or when a base gets captured. |
