If someone attacks you with a crossbow or syringe, you're pretty much screwed if you don't know what to do if they're laming you while you try to heal. Besides, you have PLENTY OF CASH to buy plenty of medikits, don't you? Even with the 5 kit limit, you could just go back on the dropship and refill. If you don't want to waste money, then be your own medic. It's a lot easier, unlimited, free, and you can heal other people.
