edit: offering different things to a player interferes with what the main concept of the server is. there can be alternatives to pking, but pking should always be in the picture.

I'm not even saying that players shouldn't be able to have chat areas. They can do what ever the hell they want in their apartments/houses or at a restaurant. Era doesn't need one huge non-pk block or multiple random non-pk buildings for idling/chatting players.
