Every scenario has a way of getting out of it.
You have to take into consideration what a new player experiences. It's easy to say stuff like that if you're a veteran player on Era 'cause you don't have to deal with that problem, but as a player trying to get a start Era is extremely hostile and hard to get into. I see no reason to make that worse.

There are better ways to deal with this than just getting rid of no-PK zones.
