I wasn't suggesting that we create a NEW no-pk zone for this outdoor market.
I was thinking of just having one outdoor no-pk zone, unstick me, which would double as an outdoor market. I say this because the mall always seems to go dead after people get bord of it, after a few months after its release. Or late at night there were never any people in the mall. The mall/stalls would constantly be in use if you placed 3-4 of them around unstick me.

I'm not really sure how this digital display sign would work for the indoor mall idea. But from the sound of it I dont really like it. Why stand there and read the sign with people trying to shoot at you, when you could just go inside and look around.

I liked that guys idea about window shopping. All the items that are for sale in the mall at the time get displayed in the window of the outdoor level of the mall. Have a table or shelves or what ever that the items would appear on in the window. People could walk by and easily see what was being sold at the time. Hopefully keeping the mall active.
