Uh, I was the one who had the gang limit put in and I can honestly say 25 is too low. I had it orginally set to 25 and gangs well, died. I know 25 sounds like a lot, but generally those 25 people aren't always on, actually most of them are on at completely different times all together, so yeah...
I totally think my gang limit should of stayed, but not at 25....
Maybe 50.

Honestly though if we had one decent gang on Era at all, we would have atleast one gang that had half the limit even though they could have 50. The people who hire as much as possible will always be considered the noob gangs, unfortually every gang at the moment is "noob"
