If every system can disable it with no reason then we'll just end up where we are now. Every server is going to prefer to use their own whether it's superior or not, and then you're just gonna end up with a bunch of different ways to do it, and a lot more confusion.
Sure, tailor systems are part of some economies but I think servers that do so can suffer this very
minor blow. It's not gonna cause a global economic crash or anything.
