I originally pictured it that way, however, with gang guns, naming, tags, ranks, would be too much for gangs to be able to be taken over without staff intervention. It would be able to be done with parties though if an event was automatically hosted weekly or monthly and the name over the base then became the crew that took it over and it then belonged to them. |
