Anymore than two is way too many. Only two should of been hired just to get Houdiniman off Era's back. There aren't many people asking questions in the first place. Give me one question that FAQs can answer that regular players on masses can't answer.
If it's a quest help I just give them the link to Sizzler's website for quest walk throughs; it's as simple as that. There isn't a need for FAQs on Era which PWAs seem to fail to understand.
You don't see games like World of Warcraft or Ragnorak with staff members whose life's purpose is to answer retarded questions. This is why they have something called
Help Tips and
Tutorials.
