No, actually he did. You'd think as a, let me emphasize this,
MANANGER they'd be getting PMs out the ass by players seeing that there's always some problem the players are crying about. So of course he isn't going to reply the second you send it.
It was like that for just about every manager. I'm pretty sure they don't answer to dumb questions like " BUFF TEH M16 PLZ!!11" "CAN I HAV A BIZNESS??!1" "WHEN 1S TEH RES3T??!"
