Installing Graal on Ubuntu with the Linux version

The graal4setup file for the linux doesn't work. How do I open it or whatever?
You see, since Graal sucks with not lagging on windows, this guy suggested to use ubuntu to rid me from my lag problems, but now I don't even know how to use the install file you gave me. |
