Well if Zone is going to get itself out of this grave that it has dug itself, which is nearing the center of the Earth, they are going to have to work on the problems which need addressing the most. Once the huge problems have been sorted out they can start fine-tuning the little bugs here and there to make the game appear more polished. However, you believe it should be done the other way around and I can't argue with that since it is purely your opinion.
And yes, Zone needs to get rid of certain...individuals and hire someone who's up to the job. I'm not referring to myself because Zone has lost any charm that it possessed now that it has been abused into being a cash cow which is being milked for all its worth.

The Zone staff isn't that organised, whatever gets a lot of stick from the players is what they work on. Even then they usually ignore the players and go off and do their own thing whether the players approve of it or not.
