Global warming is affecting the temperature of the world, not adding natural disasters all over. Natural disasters are however a result of weather/climate, and thus some areas will notice an increase of things, while others might get less.

Here in Sweden, we're getting a huge temperature increase. We had snow whole 3 weeks the entire last year, and that came in February, and the year before we didn't get snow until January that lasted roughly a month and a half - comparing to 5 years ago and back when we used to have snow from mid November to March.
