I disagree strongly. You don't have to be high ranked and super rich to host a event within a kingdom. If you look in the pirate section of the forums you will see hundreds of threads from normal members of CP who hosted events. Even I hosted kingdom events when I was a low rank and nobody cared about the prizes because it was fun and enjoyable which is what events are really about to have fun not just to get some super rare prize at the end.
