• Do you have a "design document" on the server you work on?
  Most people don't even know what that is. I do personally though for every server that I create being that I am a Game Designer.

• Do you have meetings or something like that to talk about new stuff or what could be changed?
  I would say most servers attempt this but 90% of the meetings end up turning into immature arguments, complaining, goofing off, etc. I try to avoid them for the most part and just talk to my staff members in smaller groups or via forums. Graal3D is an exception though, we do have full staff meetings there.

• Do you have artwork/pre-scripting things (in terms of design) about GUI's, Graphics, etc?
  I'm pretty sure this is how most of the quality servers start out. Of course those same servers usually don't get past that stage and just have "a few impressive things". I know that I am no exception.

• Do you have a timeline?
  I really doubt anyone uses a timeline considering the availability and reliability of all staff members, management included. If money was involved and a higher age level was present I think it could work, but on Graal, no. I know that I don't.

• Do you have a plan of the server?(kinda like question1 xD)
  Almost everyone has a general idea of what they want their server to be and most even have pretty good plans of what they want too. That's never really enough though.

• Has your server a general art/tiles/gui style or do all guis/tiles/arts have another style?
  I never get enough graphic artists to even have an answer to this question. We all know the answer as it applies to Graal as a whole though.
