Cosmetic changes are ok, as it doesn't really change the gameplay, or make it unfair to people who can't keep paying. Perhaps a pseudo-RC where they can write files straight to the heads folder to quickly upload their own things, or rights to a make a local guild on that server.
There are tons of things you could that aren't "crippled" or unfair. |
