You don't have to wait until all the slots are filled! Just post a map image of the gmap and let people choose their level. They'll post an image when it's done, and attach the level and you can update the map.

It's actually better if we do it while we're still waiting, that way not everyone is doing a level at the same time, and then when we're done we just have a mess of a map that doesn't look right.

So I say someone(preferred you) start a level, or at least a basic outline, and you post the map so we can all get started and choose which level we're going to do.
