Well, yes - but the difference before was that they were administrated by Graal Online, where this will still abide by the rules, it will not require the support of Graal Online Administration in the same way Zone or Kingdoms does.
It will also gather the talent so that we may work as a community - creating new content, and building the strength of the developers. I don't see any harm in this.
