This is all good and fine, but you didn't respond to half our posts which leads me to believe you do not intend to try to improve upon your abilities to do you job.
If you want to resolve this you would work with us and say you will try to do some of the things we suggested. After all the only reason we post in this thread is to help benefit you and it won't do any good if you don't at least say you plan to try to improve on some of the things that have been suggested.
