I don't really see why I don't have GP rights. I have pretty much proved I'm not going to abuse anything given to me, and it would really just be a procaution incase things go wrong and someone isn't there to fix it. I don't need a title of "Zone Police," but the rights being there just incase wouldn't hurt.
2/3. I could see Pooper or Desear doing a fine job. But I know how Stefan is with giving out RC to people.
