The problem is what if a GP is going to investigate a report of hackers. They warp to the player in question and are killed. So as to avoid that lets say we give them an ET tag. Then we are in the same situation
again. Even if they have a tag just for GP'ing what is to stop them from hosting. Then if they want to lock someone or kick them from hacking on a dropship? Having people who are just GP's is an okay idea. I think it is simpler to just have the current number of GP's. The way you suggested a GP, they would have to make a whole new tag just for GP'ing. It is simpler to keep it the way it is with the ET's acting as GP's and then if they have problems they report them to whoever has ban rights.

I know Stefan and Unixmad can unban themselves but Dan and Jesse could not log in, even on RC. I am saying I don't think we should take the risk that such a situation could arise again.
