This would make good use of the dungeon systems. The monsters could get progressively harder until you end up at the 'boss'. Something would have to be done to allow the need for players to support each other however. Who needs a healing mage when they can learn the spell themselves, or overstock on healing potions? (Etc. Etc. Etc.)
