I'm just curious, because of about 10 minutes ago loads of UC and hosted servers were down/their npcserver was down/laggy

So, I said '/stats' in the rc window, waits 10 secs and it comes up, no npcserver is listed, then 20 secs later the npcserver pops up and the cpu list:

and at number 1:
