Still, remove the safe zones, Trades could remain as a safe zone, but I don't think anywhere else should be a safe zone, period. However, we need something to keep people from idling.

Keep people from idling? Thats hard words, we would need activity and new features/bugfixes. I don't see any quickly as björn is afaik in mid of graduation.
