Symphonia is one of those servers that has been around a long time.
I'll vouch for them; they do have one of the most organized script systems. Chompy has done a wonderful job.
I wish I was able to help you all, but I'm pretty busy. Most I've been doing lately is posting on forums and working on some scripts for the Code Gallery.
Symphonia's screenshots look great; looks like Black Prince (goes by Caleb now?) still works there?
