Protip: By "Became a playerworld" do you mean "it was put up on the server list, or rather the serverlist was put up with n-pulse being one of the first", or "it was uploaded to the graal server, but you had to manually type in a different port number to access it"??
If you mean the second, then more likely 1999.
If you mean the first, then probably 2000.
