I think each Kingdom should have a stable. Only members of the kingdom can enter the stable and it's special in that your pets attitude towards people can't be influenced by other people. The horses would have to be tended to by members of the kingdom (stable hand : new job).

May help give more use to horses / pets as well as bring more of a community sense to the kingdoms.
