I really hate the fact it's so hard to get since everyone is crowding Santa, which makes it for some people (especially laggers) nearly impossible to get the oppurtunity to pick up a present or win anything.
Sadly, after literally humping and following Santa for over two hours, all i got was five cookies. I gave up for today, I really hope it'll last two more days
Even though already four or more rare items were looted (as far as i know).
