I can see where YOU are coming from and if that's the way you want it I could let maybe you and jesse participate until X amount of players are left? Not sure. We can talk more about it in game.
For now the rule still stands. No one who has the hosted weapon is allowed to participate until further notice.
Edit: What if you win the lottery for an infinite amount of money (i.e. winning rps in old zone) and decide to play even more? Does that scream fariness? Would that make everyone else happy if it shows up on the news that multi-whatevernare such and such is playing the lottery again? I don't think so.

I think David misunderstood, Say you have RPS from old Zone, and you didn't have BPS until this bull**** happened. So there's a BPS event and you cannot play that. Atleast that's what he told me on Xbox Live.
