You have to call a phone number, the call is billed on the phone bill. Or you send a SMS to a special number and get a premium SMS, which is billed on your mobile phone number / prepaid account.

For problems with the payment system please contact us directly (on Zone or forum PM). We will need to know the country, phone/sms and time.
Update: seems you were calling the wrong number, it should hopefully not bill you though. Always make sure that you are calling the good number.
