You could prolly value it at the bottom end of RoW's true value, however, RoW's are scarce and lets not forget how easy it is to get Dexterity. I mean, it was already the easiest stat to maxmimize before halloween, and now, they've just released a RoT rival, which was probably the most popular of the items, in bulk... LPB's value, in my eyes should drop if it's main attraction - Dexterity - is made less valued... Sorry.
P.S - Morgan's a bewb, i'd only listen to Tig and John.
