I think you'll have a damn hard time finding any level meant to be outside 'creative'. All outside levels will consist of the same thing: grass/trees/water/cliffs. There's nothing else except for houses... but this isn't meant to be a town. It is exactly what it was designed to be, an exterior level. If you mean layout wise... you sure as hell don't sound like it, so I won't even explain there.

Anywho... the two large left/right cliff walls are really distracting, mainly because the rest of the cliffs are so random, then there's just those huge rectangle resembling areas(this only looks bad zoomed out in the thumbnails, full-size I don't think it's a problem). Also, what you said earlier is true. This doesn't really resemble a hang-out, in fact, there barely seems any room to actually hang out.
