Trust me, don't start on a Jail, we have been down that road, and we already know why we can't have one. You don't know what you are getting yourself into. xD
But yes, we had the idea for some commands for restricing Players.
Here is an example of some ideas from the past. (Not sure, if the effects are right.)
/freeze : Would freeze the player, making them unable to move.
/unfreeze : Unfreeze the player, allowing them to move agian.
/mute : Would make it so the player's text would not appear in game, and only could PM Staff.
/unmute : Would allow them to talk agian, and have full PM access.
