I don't believe any kingdom right now can even be called a snow kingdom, even though zormite is located north, it's landscape fails to meet the criteria of a 'snow' kingdom. I agree with felix, GK's playercount isn't big enough to even consider adding more kingdoms, that wouldn't help at all. The current active kingdoms need to have quite a stable and large playercount before new kingdoms can be introduced.
