5. I do not handle PWs going up as Under Construction so don't try to send me PWs you want up as Under Constuction. Stefan has to deal with that not me, and as far as I care I think there should be no more Under Construction PWs. There are plenty of them right now.
Ok I am going to be very strict about these rules...if someone send me a PW that is under 300 levels I will trash it immediatly.
Also if someone sends me a PW with no map or if it does not follow one of the other requirements I will trash it immediatly.
So if you end up submitting a world like that and you don't get a response then you know why you didn't. Also give me atleast a week to test your PW when you submit. Some of you think that I have to look at it as soon as I get it. Well I won't and if people bug me about it I will make sure to check there PW last.
