2.) No it's not. Unless he was claiming he was a staff (for example, he says: "I'M AN ET") but even that's really not such a bad thing...
3.) I have to say that I don't see any problem with that. I'll admit I swear on teamchat (ban me for it if you deem it neccesary, but I do...).

5.) Don't be a child. Who cares if he was using your name? You know how irritating it is for me to see Xanadu posers? But I basically say, "you're not an xanadu" and end it.
