I think you is thinking of PC ID, not IP. About the reinstalling windows thing: Install windows on another harddrive and add the pc id of that 2nd copy from your original copy of windows. After you can get on RC with both copies, then you can uninstall, reformat, etc. your original copy of windows and reinstall it. Then you use the 2nd copy to add in your new PC ID. I do this method for more reasons then Graal. |
